Our flights are designed for a wide range of participants, from children aged 6 to adults aged 120.

Since flying is considered a challenging activity, it is important that all participants are in a medically appropriate condition. If in doubt, it is recommended to consult a doctor before flying.

We are also happy to accommodate people with all types of disabilities, including wheelchair users. All that is required is prior coordination so that we can best prepare and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

To ensure you have a comfortable and safe experience, we recommend that you bring the following items:

• Shoes: Our flights usually take place from open fields, so it is important to arrive with shoes that will allow you to move comfortably and safely.

• Clothing: Varies depending on the seasons. The flight, like a motorcycle, is open to the air, so it is recommended to coordinate with us the required clothing details, and in any case, it is recommended to come with a short shirt, a long shirt, and an outer coat. It is never hot on a flight.

• Very important: For your safety, it is strictly forbidden to fly with scarves, hats, or any other item of clothing that could become detached and be sucked into the plane's engine.

Your safety is our top priority. Flying in a paraglider is considered an aviation sport with a relatively high level of safety. The paraglider is equipped with a parachute that opens before takeoff. This significantly reduces the risks involved in flying.

However, it is important to note that we are unable to provide insurance for the flight itself. Insurance is only based on the passenger's own insurance coverage.

We always operate according to strict safety procedures, and perform regular maintenance checks on the aircraft and parachute. Our pilots are experienced and certified, and undergo regular training and refresher courses.

Sometimes unexpected things happen, so a fair and clear cancellation policy has been established:

• Cancellation by the passenger:

  • Flight cancellation up to one day before the flight date is free of charge.

  • If cancellation is made on the day of the flight itself, the cancellation fee is 100 NIS.

• Cancellation by the pilot or company:

  • Your safety is paramount. The pilot reserves the full right to cancel or postpone a flight until the last minute before takeoff due to weather conditions that do not allow for safe flight (e.g., strong winds, rain, poor visibility), or in the event of the pilot or aircraft being unfit. In such cases, the flight will be postponed to an alternative date.

• Cancellation due to air safety regulations:

  • Each flight is coordinated with the Air Force. Flight cancellations may occur due to airspace closures by the Air Force. In the event of a cancellation, the flight will be rescheduled for another date.

We will try to inform you of any changes or cancellations as soon as possible. If you have any further questions about our cancellation policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.

On each MMG flight, space is designated for only one pilot and one passenger.

For a group of several passengers, there is an option:

• Flight in a column: Each passenger will fly in turn with the pilot, one after the other.

• Simultaneous flight: With prior coordination, it is possible to arrange a flight for several pilots together, so that each passenger will fly simultaneously with a separate pilot. This is a unique experience that allows you to share the exciting moments together in the sky!

The MMG can fly for up to 3 hours without refueling. We recommend different flight times depending on the purpose of the experience:

• For an initial and enjoyable experience: In our experience, 20 minutes is definitely enough for children to enjoy the flight experience, and for adults, 30 minutes will provide a great taste of the view and the special feeling.

• For a flight that is a trip (about an hour): If you want to enjoy the flight, the view, the air and experience a "trip" from a new and unfamiliar angle, we highly recommend booking a one-hour flight. It allows you to enjoy breathtaking views and discover the beauty of a view from the air.

• For a return or longer flight: If this is not your first flight, or you are interested in longer air time for any other reason, it is possible to arrange a longer flight in advance.

We offer flexibility in payment methods, depending on the type of flight:

• To book a fun flight as a gift for a friend: Payment is made in advance to guarantee the date and flight reservation.

• For any other flight: You can pay on the day of the flight, directly to the pilot.

Refund policy in the event of cancellation by the pilot: If the flight is canceled by the pilot (due to weather conditions, a technical malfunction, or any other reason related to the safety of the flight or his professional judgment), the flight will be postponed or a full refund will be given.
